· If the tee times are not available for selection, it means they are fully booked for the day. However, please feel free to inquire via 1:1 chat consultation, and we will check for additional tee times that may become available and guide you accordingly.
· Please check in with your voucher reservation number (not the booking management number) and `myGolf2u` upon arrival at the golf course.
· For rounds with two players, they may be paired with other teams, and solo play for two players cannot be guaranteed.
· Reservations for weekends and public holidays require a minimum of three players, and bookings for two players or fewer will not be accepted.
· Rounds are based on 18 holes, with the numbers indicated on tee times representing the (19) OUT course and (1018) IN course.
· Please note that tee times may be subject to change or delays due to golf course operating policies and local conditions, and refunds or cancellations due to this reason are not possible.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
