If no tee times are available, it means all slots for the selected date are fully booked. However, if you contact us through 1:1 chat consultation, we can check for additional tee times and assist you with further booking.
Please make sure to enter the name of the representative player at the time of reservation.
If your group has fewer than 4 players, single play is not guaranteed, and you may be joined with other players on-site.
Gallery entry is not permitted.
Outside food and beverages are not allowed.
Jeans, collarless shirts, slippers, and short shorts are not permitted upon entry to the golf course.
Two-player rounds are not allowed on weekends and public holidays.
Upon arrival at the clubhouse, please receive your golf tag at the entrance and check in at the pro shop.
Any charges not included in the package (meals, halfway house, etc.) will be settled afterward using the golf tag.
After your round, please check out and settle payment at the restaurant or pro shop, then present your golf tag at the clubhouse entrance to retrieve your golf bag.
Please note that due to golf course policies or local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, start earlier, or be delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations are not available for these cases.

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
