If no tee times are available, it means that the selected date is fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat, we will check for additional tee times and assist you accordingly.
This golf course only accepts bookings for 3 or more players on weekends and public holidays.
→ If you want to book for 2 players on a weekend, you must select a tee time between 06:00–06:30 or 11:00–11:30.
Due to course policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, start early, or be delayed without prior notice. No refunds or cancellations will be permitted for such changes.
If the number of players is fewer than 4, solo play is not guaranteed and you may be grouped with other players locally.
Aeration Notice (Apr 10–11): Due to potential deterioration of green conditions during and after this period, rounds may not proceed smoothly. This schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
