If there are no available tee times, it means that the tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you inquire through 1:1 chat, we can check for additional available tee times and guide you accordingly.
If the number of players is fewer than 4, solo play is not guaranteed, and you may be paired with other players.
Thai golf courses have a separate caddie tip in addition to the caddie fee.
Due to the golf course's operating policy and local conditions, tee times may be changed without prior notice, or they may start earlier or later than scheduled. Refunds and cancellations will not be accepted due to such changes.

After booking, confirmation will be processed immediately without a separate call for confirmation.
If cancelled due to the local supplier's circumstances, we will notify you and provide a full refund.
Cancellation and refund policies outlined in the product will take priority.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
