If no tee times are available, it means all tee times for that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us via 1:1 chat, we can check for any additional available tee times and provide guidance.
If your group has fewer than four players, exclusive play is not guaranteed and you may be grouped with other players on-site.
Shuttle Service (Airport–Hotel, Golf Course–Airport)
Airport → Hotel: For those using the shuttle service, please select one unit and meet the driver holding a sign with (Golf Course Name – Guest's English Name) at Exit Gate 2 on the 1st floor of Phuket International Airport.
Golf Course → Airport: Meet the driver in the golf course lobby 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight departure.
Due to the golf course's operational policies or local circumstances, reserved tee times may change or be delayed without prior notice. No refunds or cancellations will be accepted for such changes.
Aeration Notice (July 1–2): Due to reduced green conditions during and after this period, smooth play may not be possible. These dates are subject to change without prior notice.

· Cancellation 8 to 14 days prior to golf tee time: 50% refund
· Cancellation 0-7 days prior to golf tee time: no refund
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers.
· In case of cancellation due to circumstances of the local supplier, we will notify you and process a full refund.
· The cancellation and refund policy shown on this website will be applied as priority.
· Working days: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 / Closed days: Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
