Course Description
Beijing Golf Club is an 18-hole membership golf course. It was built in 1985 and opened in 1987, and was designed by renowned American golf course architects Benz and Poellot, and is considered one of the first international standard golf courses in China.
Beijing Golf Club is located about 35 kilometers from the center of Beijing and covers a total area of about 2 million square meters. The golf course features an 18-hole, par 72, 7,101-yard (approximately 6,493 meters) course, and is known for its design that takes advantage of the lush forests and natural terrain. The clubhouse is 2,600 square meters and includes a restaurant, hot spring bathing facilities, and a golf shop.

If your group has fewer than 4 players, you may be joined with another group. Solo play with fewer than 4 players is not guaranteed.
Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, your reserved tee time may be changed or delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations cannot be made due to such changes.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· Acutal reservation is confirmed by a notice to all customers without a separate confirmation call
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
