Transportation: Vehicle is available only for the scheduled transfers (airport โ golf course) and cannot be used outside of the itinerary.
Package Policy: As this is a package product, no refund will be given even if you choose not to use the included meals, accommodations, or golf rounds.
Rain Cancellation: In the event of cancellation due to rain, no partial refund is possible because all costs are paid in full in advance.
Dining Nearby: Restaurants are available about 10 minutes away by taxi (reservations can be made at the hotel front desk).
Dinner (*advance reservation required): Hotel dinner can be added for 9,000 yen per person and up.
Taxi fare: about 2,000 yen per person (one-way).

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
