Play Style: Courses in Hokkaido are conducted as "Through-Play" (No break between the first and second 9 holes).
Sunset Policy: For Day 1 or extra rounds, refunds are not available even if the round is not completed due to sunset.
Transportation: Private vehicles are not available; shuttle buses are shared. Vehicle type may vary depending on the total number of passengers.
Tee Times & Courses: Tee times and courses are assigned randomly by the local club. Some courses may be repeated depending on local conditions.
Shuttle Usage: Shuttle service is strictly for scheduled transfers (Airport-Hotel-Golf Club). Personal use outside the itinerary is not permitted.
Incidental Expenses: Lunches at the clubhouse and beverages are not included. Please settle these expenses individually at the golf club.
Accommodation: If Tokyu REI Hotel is fully booked, an alternative hotel will be assigned, and additional charges may apply.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
