Day 1: Arrive at Nagoya Chubu Airport / Meet driver (Meeting board: Cocopa Resort) and transfer to hotel (approx. 100 min) / Individual lunch / Hakusan Village King or Queen Course 9-hole round (until sunset) / Hotel check-in and free time / Dinner
Day 2: Shuttle to Hakusan Village Clubhouse (2F) for breakfast / Transfer to golf course / Hakusan Village, Mie Hakusan, or Mie Hakusan Phoenix 18-hole play (9 holes - lunch at own expense - 9 holes) / Use of facilities and hot spring / Dinner / Rest and free time

Cocopa Resort, located in Nagoya, Mie Prefecture, is a premier golf resort in Nagoya, featuring 72 holes of golf across Hakusan Village Golf Club (36 holes), Mie Hakusan Golf Club (18 holes), and Mie Phoenix Golf Club (18 holes). The resort offers five types of accommodations and a range of facilities including a natural hot spring with outdoor baths and saunas, an outdoor swimming pool, a driving range, tennis courts, a massage parlor, screen golf, table tennis, darts, and banquet halls, making it the largest golf complex in Nagoya. With winter temperatures not dropping below freezing and an average summer temperature of around 26 degrees Celsius, golfing is possible year-round.

※ Golf Course Essential Information ※
This package requires golf course inquiries before final confirmation can be given. Please keep this in mind when planning your reservation and travel schedule.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide detailed information about the golf courses and tee times for each day (specific courses cannot be designated).
Both the 2-night/3-day and 3-night/4-day packages include a 9-hole round on the first day and an 18-hole round on the final day. Please note that rounds not played due to individual travel schedules, such as flight times, are non-refundable.
If the Azalea Hotel is unavailable, accommodation will be arranged at the Cottage.
Due to golf course policies and local conditions, tee times may change, begin earlier, or be delayed without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not available.
Resort Shuttle Bus: A shuttle bus is available at any time. To request it, please let the front desk know your destination within the resort (e.g., clubhouse, Aoyama restaurant, hot springs, golf course), and they will call the shuttle for you.
For any additional food, beverages, or resort amenities, please inform the staff to “room charge” these to your room number for a single settlement upon checkout.
Lunch: Guests must pay individually on-site for lunch at the clubhouse during their round.
Before departure, please attach a name tag with your full name as it appears in your passport to your golf bag.

The shuttle is free for groups of at least 3 people per vehicle and shared with other customers. If the total number of passengers per vehicle (including other groups) is fewer than 3, additional charges apply as follows. ※ Additional fee for 2 passengers – 15,400 yen per person for shuttle service (to be paid onsite).
Payment must be made in full at the Cocopa Resort front desk upon checkout. The final number of passengers is confirmed upon arrival at the airport before boarding the vehicle.

If canceled 8 to 14 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount paid will be charged.
If canceled 0 to 7 days before departure: No refund available.
If the local supplier cancels due to circumstances, we will notify you and process a full refund.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
