Check-in and 9-hole round at Niseko Village Course (until sunset) / Rest and free time

Hotel breakfast / Transfer to golf course (20-minute group transfer) / 27-hole round at Niseko Golf Course / Rest and free time
Day 3
Hotel breakfast / Transfer to golf course (walking distance) / 27-hole round at Niseko Village Course / Rest and free time
Day 4
Hotel breakfast / Check-out / Transfer to airport / Departure from Hokkaido

No cancellations or refunds after confirmation.
Lockers and public baths at Niseko Golf Course are not available for use
When using the hotel, single or triple rooms will be provided for odd numbered departures of 3/5/7 people.
No refunds will be given for the first 9 holes on the first day of June and September and the middle 27 holes on the middle day. (Please note that you will be required to hole out at sunset.
No refund for 9 holes if you only play 18 of the 27 holes / No refund for 9 holes if you do not play the first 9 holes. (You will be required to withdraw at sunset.)
Children 6 years old and above pay the same price as adults.
If there is any change in the hotel fee and golf course fee, we will notify you later.
This is an unguided tour. Korean speaking staff is available upon arrival at the Hilton Hotel.
After confirming your reservation, we will inform you of the exact tee times for each date individually.
Niseko Village Course (27 holes tee off between 07:30 and 08:47) / Niseko Golf Course (27 holes tee off between 08:05 and 08:47)
Please be sure to check in at least 15 minutes before your tee time, otherwise you may be subject to long waits or not be able to play.
Please attach an English name tag to your golf bag (Japanese golf course staff cannot read Korean).
No refunds will be given if you are unable to play due to flight delays, immigration delays, etc.
Please note that there may be a waiting time of 30 minutes to 1 hour as you will return to the hotel with the rest of your group.
We are unable to respond to early return to the hotel due to interruption or extension of play, so you must travel by taxi (at your own expense).
If you are traveling outside of the above shuttle bus times or at a separate time, you will need to travel by separate taxi.
The event will be conducted by the hotel shuttle vehicle.

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
