This package includes an 18-hole round and hotel check-in on the selected date (Day 1). Please refer to the travel itinerary for more details.
The 18-hole round on Day 1 may be interrupted at sunset, and no refund will be provided for this.
Hotel breakfast is served as a buffet. (Depending on the tee-off time, hotel breakfast may be substituted with a club breakfast.)
The vehicle is not for private use and may be shared with others. It is also not allowed to use the vehicle for purposes other than golf course, hotel, and airport transfers.
Golf courses and hotels may be substituted with similar ones depending on local circumstances. Exact tee times will be confirmed and communicated after booking.
Please attach a name tag with your passport's English name to your golf bag before departure.
Club rentals may be limited due to local conditions, so we recommend bringing your own golf bag.
Japanese golf courses are generally self-play with cart usage, and there is no caddy service.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
