Reservations are not available for holders of Chinese nationality.
If no tee times are available, it means the date is fully booked. However, you may inquire via 1:1 chat (email for countries outside Korea) to check for additional slots.
Groups with fewer than 4 players may be paired with others; exclusive play cannot be guaranteed.
Due to golf course policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be rescheduled earlier or later without prior notice. No refunds or cancellations will be granted due to such changes.
Exact tee times for each date will be provided prior to departure after reservation confirmation.
Club rental may be limited, so please bring your own golf bag with a name tag showing your passportโs English name.
Please double-check your flight time to arrange airport pickup and drop-off service.
Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months.
The travel agency bears no responsibility for accidents during personal free time. Please exercise caution and prioritize safety.
There have been recent cases of entry refusal due to passport damage (e.g., writing, souvenir stamps, torn pages). Damaged passports may also be grounds for denial of boarding. Please ensure your passport is in good condition before departure.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
