Reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a 10% deposit within 3 days of booking. The balance must be paid in full at least 31 days prior to departure.
Golf in Tรผrkiye is typically self-play, with no caddies provided.
Flight schedules and the order of rounds at each golf course are subject to change due to local conditions.
Airfare is based on J class at the time of ticket issuance. Please confirm flight details at booking; additional charges may apply if the seat class changes.
Golf courses may be replaced with those of the same grade depending on availability.
This golf package is based on a minimum 7-night stay from the hotel check-in date.
In case of 2- or 3-player rounds, you may be joined with others at the course. If no other team is available, the round will proceed as is. (No guarantee for private play)
Night golf is not included in the package. If requested, additional fees will apply.
All guests staying on December 31, 2025, must attend the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner; an additional โฌ175 per person will be charged. (Mandatory)
If no tee times are available for selection, that date is fully booked. You may inquire via 1:1 chat (or email for countries outside Korea) for possible additional tee times.
For rounds with fewer than 4 players, pairing with another team may occur; private rounds cannot be guaranteed.
Tee times may change or be moved earlier/later without prior notice due to course policies or local circumstances. Refunds or cancellations will not be accepted in such cases.
Club rentals may be limited, so it is recommended to bring your own golf bag with a name tag showing your English passport name.

Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of travel.

* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
