※ Golf Course Essential Information ※

Pebble Beach is one of the most popular golf resorts in the world, and rates may vary depending on the local policy and time of booking.
Available room types may also vary depending on local conditions. Detailed information will be provided individually after you submit a reservation request.
Due to price fluctuations, reservations are made as advance requests. The listed price is the minimum per person.
Once we receive your reservation request, we will check availability with the golf course. If available, we will confirm the date, tee time, and price from the course.
We will reconfirm the final price, round date, and tee time with you, and then send a payment link.
After payment is completed, we will send your voucher.
Submitting a reservation request is considered agreement to the cancellation and refund policy.

For bookings of 2–3 people, you may be paired with other players. If no group is available, solo play will proceed.
(If you want to guarantee 2–3 players playing alone, you must pay the full 4-player green fee.)
Before departure, please make sure your golf bag has a name tag with your name written in English as shown on your passport.
We do not provide passport issuance or ESTA application services; these must be handled individually.
If you would like to extend or change the travel period beyond the included itinerary, a custom quote is available upon request.

This product cannot be canceled once the reservation is confirmed, in accordance with the golf course's operating policy. Please be cautious when making reservations and payments.
If the tee time changes due to the golf course or supplier's circumstances, a full refund is possible.
Business hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on weekends and public holidays.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline

Please Review Before Your Round!

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.

* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.

* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.

* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.

* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.

* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Rain and Natural Disasters Policy

* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
