ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Matsuyama is located in Okaido, the busiest shopping area in Matsuyama. It is surrounded by Mitsubishi Department Store, Don Quijote, and many local restaurants.

Transportation is only provided between the airport, golf courses, and hotel according to the itinerary. Use of the vehicle outside of the scheduled plan is not allowed.
Exact tee times for each day will be individually notified prior to departure after reservation is confirmed.
Shuttle buses are shared with other groups booked on the same day.
For 2-person bookings, joining with other players is required locally. Additional fees may apply depending on the situation. Please inquire separately.
The itinerary consists of hotel check-in on Day 1, golf rounds on Days 2 to 4, and return on Day 4. Please refer to this when planning your trip.
Due to local conditions, rental clubs may be limited. Please bring your own golf bag with a name tag showing your English name as it appears on your passport.

* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
