Course Description
Thanks to the cool, clear air unique to highland areas, the climate here is more pleasant than at other golf courses near Jakarta. The course is laid out across a vast 450-hectare site with an eco-friendly design that allows players to enjoy views of expansive mountains and the Cikeas River while playing.
With a variety of hazards such as bunkers, uphill and downhill terrain, narrow fairways, water, and creeks, course management and club selection are especially important.
The West Course at Gunung Geulis Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 parkland course located approximately 45 km south of Jakarta, in the highlands near Bogor at an elevation of 400–500 meters. Designed by Thomson, Wolveridge & Perrett, the course takes full advantage of the mountainous terrain. With its narrow fairways, hills, bunkers, and downhill tee shots, it offers a challenging layout that demands strategic play.

For rounds with fewer than 4 players, you may be joined with other players, and private play cannot be guaranteed.
A single cart fee may be added for a group of 3. (To be paid locally)
Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or advanced without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

· Cancellation 15 days or more before the golf tee time: Full refund
· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
