★ Japan Golf Course Guidelines ★
① Basic Etiquette and Consideration
Japanese golf courses place great importance on not causing inconvenience to others. Consideration for others is the foundation of all behavior.
Be quiet when your companions or the group ahead are taking their shots. Loud talking is strictly prohibited.
Avoid slow play. Be ready before your turn and play promptly.
② Dress Code
Proper golf attire is required. T-shirts, jeans, sandals, and slippers are not allowed.
More formal attire may be required in the clubhouse; some high-end clubs may even require jackets and ties.
Golf shoes must be removed indoors and replaced with indoor slippers.
Women are advised to avoid very short skirts or sleeveless shirts.
③ Playing Manners
Arrive at the course 30 minutes to 1 hour before your tee time. Punctuality is essential.
Self-play is common, so you must handle all preparations and clean-up without a caddie.
Always repair your own ball marks, divots, and bunker footprints.
Be mindful not to lose your clubs, and it is considered courteous to help your companions with their clubs or putters.
After the round, clean up your cart and personal belongings by yourself.
④ Clubhouse and Facility Use
Keep your voice down in shared areas such as locker rooms.
When using the hot spring or large bath, always shower before entering. Do not put towels into the bath.
If you have tattoos, cover them as access may be restricted.
Smoking is prohibited in many areas, so check for designated smoking zones.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline

Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.

Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
