· If there are no available tee times, it means all tee times on that date are fully booked. However, if you contact us through 1:1 chat consultation, we will check for additional available tee times and inform you accordingly.
· Due to the golf course’s operating policies and local conditions, reserved tee times may be changed or moved earlier/later without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not permitted.
· Meals are available within the designated menu. If you order a menu item that exceeds the included amount, you will be required to pay the difference on-site.
· The playing format (through play or 9 holes + 9 holes with a break) may change depending on the golf course’s operations and on-site conditions on the day.

Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
