Course Description
After an illustrious golf career alongside legends like Jack Nicklaus and Gary Player, Peter Matkovich turned his passion toward golf course design. Guided by an organic philosophy he calls “listening to the land,” Matkovich has created some of the most celebrated courses in Southern Africa.
Reflecting on his experience at Mont Choisy Le Golf, he says, “Sixteen years ago, I walked along the beautiful ‘Allée des Flamboyants’ leading to the old Mont Choisy estate. Looking at this pleasant landscape of rolling sugarcane fields, I began to dream about an 18-hole golf course that would naturally stand out.”
Nestled amidst a historic Mauritian sugar cane plantation, Mont Choisy Le Golf beckons golfers of all levels to experience a course as rich in heritage as it is in challenge. Designed by renowned South African architect Peter Matkovich, this 18-hole, par 72 championship course offers a strategic layout that caters to both serious players and those seeking a leisurely round.

For rounds with fewer than 4 players, you may be joined with other players, and private play cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the golf course’s operational policies and local circumstances, reserved tee times may be changed, delayed, or advanced without prior notice. Refunds or cancellations are not possible in such cases.

· Cancellation 8-14 days before the golf tee time: 50% cancellation fee
· Cancellation 0-7 days before the golf tee time: No refund available.
· In case of cancellation due to golf course circumstances, we will notify the customer and the process for the full refund.
· Please note that specific cancellation and refund policies mentioned within the description above take precedence.
· Business Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (UTC+9) / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Golf Course Reservation/Usage Guideline
Please Review Before Your Round!
* Attach your name tag (English) on the golf bag prior to your round.
* Choice of your course is subject to change depending on the condition of the field.
* Depending on the golf course's operational policies and local conditions, your tee-off time may be delayed compared to your reserved time.
* Please arrive at the clubhouse at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your golf round.
* Refunds and rescheduling are not possible if the round cannot proceed due to personal reasons.
* Golf course operating policies and on-site conditions may lead to changes in reserved tee times without prior notice, especially during the peak winter season at golf courses in Southeast Asia, where tee-off times may experience some delays. Refunds and cancellations due to this are not possible.
Rain and Natural Disasters Policy
* (ex, Southeast Asia) Golf courses usually hold rounds even in rainy season. Since it is a squall, in most cases, it continues to play after temporarily avoiding the rain. Therefore, advance cancellations and green fee refunds due to rain are not available as in Korea. Please be sure to follow the operation policy (ex, rain coupon, etc.) for each golf course after visiting the site.
